  • Bring employment opportunity everywhere
We want you to pledge a remote job now or in the future. When you're advertising a role next, we're asking you to advertise that job 'location-less', or remotely. Location-less means the job can be picked up and delivered anywhere - cork, Achill island, Dublin City or Tullamore. It means you're not asking people to be in a certain location to do a job.

  • Enact a Generational Smoking Ban in Ireland
THE UK PARLIAMENT has approved legislation that will ban anyone born after 2008 from ever legally buying tobacco. When the bill is written into law next week, people born on or after 1 January 2009 will be prohibited from purchasing tobacco products. The UK is not the first country to introduce such a ban, and it would be good for Ireland to follow suit. Ireland can stop the next generation from becoming addicted to tobacco and save billions in healthcare.

  • Rid our food chain of Single Use Plastics
I want Minister Bruton to work with Supermarket owners and food producers towards a common deadline where Single Use Plastics will no longer be allowed on our supermarket shelves. Consumers pay to dispose of the packaging, its production damages the environment and it will not degrade.

  • Help our Gaelscoil in Ballincollig find a permanent home
To meet the needs of our children, and for future expansion to meet the needs of a growing population in Ballincollig, the parents and Board of Management are urging the Department to secure a permanent site without any further delay. Gaelscoil an ChaisleƔin was opened by the Department of Education & Skills in 2017 and has since outgrown its current site on the grounds of Ballincollig Rugby club in Tanner Park. Our goal is to acquire a site that will support the development and growth of the children in our school, and we believe that more children in the area could greatly benefit from attending our wonderful school.
