Do not support in any way, financially or with our defence force personnel, the deepening militarisation of the EU.

We, the undersigned residents of  Kilmichael Upper/Ballygullen/Ballygarret/Ballyowen/Ballinacoola, and daily users of this road, are writing to formally petition Wexford County Council  to take immediate action in repairing and resurfacing our road. The current state of L5060 has significantly deteriorated, causing numerous issues that negatively impact our community's safety, well-being, and daily lives.

Calling the Women of Ireland; mothers, grandmothers, daughters, sisters and all who love them - we demand that our elected government implement the unadulterated Occupied Territories Bill now!  It isn't alway easy to donate, or attend protests, but your signature will speak directly to our elected representatives women of Ireland want the Occupied Territories Bill implemented now.

The Russian-owned alumina plant in Aughinish on the banks of the Shannon in Co. Limerick has applied to dump almost 700,000 tonnes of accumulated sediment across the Shannon Estuary in the next eight years. Our politicians must reject this.

Bring in a Law banning Fox Hunting for Sport. I knew that the horrible sport of fox hunting goes on in Ireland but was shocked to read an article by John Fitzgerald in Dublins Northside People (28-08-24) This article gives graphic details of fox cub hunting: The hunters and dogs surround a covert known to contain fox cubs, the dogs and hunters make a lot of noise to flush the poor young foxes out and then they are ripped apart to “blood" the hounds for the fox hunting season.  John Fitzgerald writes regularly in Northside People about cruelty to our native animals and he never stops highlighting these barbaric activities. We in Dublin have grown to love our urban foxes and I, for one, get excited every time one passes through my garden.  By starting this petition I want to put more pressure on our Government to ban this barbaric hunting of our precious native animals.
