Speed ramps for Bluepool Upper, KanturkThis petition is regarding the safety of all children and people who live in Upper Bluepool Kanturk. We ask for your help to allow our children to cross and navigate Upper Bluepool Road safely. Within the the last 3 years traffic has increased significantly, with the introduction to new housing development. The volume of traffic has in increased ten fold. Also this has increased the Appeal to non native, non aware and non familiar traffic using our road. Upper Bluepool is a narrow and curved road leading to a Cul De Sac. The rate of speed at which cars etc. Are driving up our road is detrimentally leading to a serious risk of life on our road. Today for example, our household observed 8 cars travelling at least in excess of 60km p.h Fact. We need urgently need a speed reducing ramp if not 2 on our road. Also. A sign of cauntion children ahead. The road starts to get bend just before the new houses, Kids want to play outside with their friends and socialise but the fear is there when the car comes, especially when crossing the road. The road has no sign and no ramp where is needed. The nearest ramp is near the Co op shop which is far away from the new houses which allows cars get speed back. We have up to 30 Kids who use our road and need a signed road to make the cars aware of them. Please sign to this petition to make better and safety road21 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Sayuri Yahuita

Increased Security and Garda Monitoring for Charlestown Place, FinglasPetition Text We, the undersigned residents of Charlestown Place, Finglas, are calling for urgent action to address recurring attacks, disturbances, and anti-social behaviour in and around our homes. In recent weeks and months, our community has been repeatedly targeted by groups of youths engaging in violent and disruptive behaviour, including: • Fireworks directed at the building and residents • Acts of aggression and intimidation, particularly towards residents from other countries • Damage to property and common areas These incidents are not isolated. They are increasing in frequency and severity, threatening the safety, well-being, and peace of our community. Many residents have already documented such incidents with photos and videos, which can be provided as supporting evidence. We respectfully request that Urbeo (our management company) act immediately in coordination with An Garda Síochána and/or a private security service to ensure: • Regular and visible Garda monitoring, ideally on a 24/7 basis, or at least during afternoons and evenings when most incidents occur • An increased and consistent security presence to protect residents and property Our community deserves to feel safe in our own homes. Immediate action is necessary to prevent further harm and to restore peace and security to Charlestown Place. We, the undersigned, support this petition and urge swift measures to be taken.143 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Saikat Das

BAN SINGLE USE PLASTIC CARRIER BAGS IN IRELANDWith immediate effect BAN single use plastic carrier bags in Ireland. These 30c bags end up in our rivers and oceans as they are non recyclable. They are detrimental to wildlife and marinelife. Incentivise brown paper bag sales and make them a more affordable alternative for retailers to bulk buy.
