Re-open the NCAD community Garden

Get a part time gardener, make gardening plan and make the garden beautiful again.

Why is this important?

Because we all liked it the way it was !

And It was also a resource for locals in the D8 area who aren't students at the college; be they people from the flats, students from other colleges, unemployed, former drug addicts, you name it.
