Provide personal protection equipment (PPE) for all staff who are working in hospitals, community care, in shops, on transport, cleaners and retail workers.

We the undersigned acknowledge the Council’s inability to deal with the housing and homelessness crisis in our city. We petition the Council to inform Government that this is the case, and to state that the Government must now declare a national housing emergency. Such a declaration will enable the Government to access special European Union funding to invest in housing, and also allow the Government advance emergency measures through legislation to tackle this national calamity.

Across the island of Ireland, thousands of families live with the unending grief of having lost loved ones to conflict borne of oppression and systemic injustice. We cannot stand by and watch as thousands of Palestinians are slaughtered in response to the atrocity committed by Hamas on the 7th October. We stand in grief with all who have lost and suffered. Yet, our history means we know that more conflict is not the answer.

As a society, we need to face up to the reality that male violence against women is an endemic problem. Listen to victims and survivors, reform the law courts, overhaul policing, reform our sex education curriculum and stop the objectification of women in the media. More than anything, the state needs to stop the platitudes and ensure women victims and survivors are not reduced to begging for help, but are believed, represented and resourced.

Prioritise the Irish language for primary education by changing the rules to allow Irish language school applications compete fairly with English school applications and reverse the decision to deny a Multi-Denominational Gaelscoil in North Dublin.

County Wexford has a coastline of 246km. The lifeguarding provision in county Wexford predominantly services beaches from Morriscastle southwards, ignoring the number of beaches in north County Wexford. Since 2020, there has been no lifeguard based at Courtown resulting in the only lifeguarded beach between Morriscastle and Arklow being Ballymoney North Beach. Overcrowding and traffic jams are regular features of Ballymoney/Sea Road. Newtown/Old Bawn, Cahore South Beach, Cahore North Beach (adjacent/across from pier), Donaghamore, Roney Point, Poulshone, Ardamine, Courtown (& Burrow), Kiltennel (locally known as Dodds Rocks) Ballymoney South Beach, Ballymoney North Beach, Clone Strand, and Kilpatrick are all popular beaches where people swim during the summer months.

Stand up to Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Apollo Global Management and Deutsche Bank and tell them that they can't evict these people from their homes.

STOP FISHERMEN on from culling seals, through introduction criminal sentence for illegally shooting or intentionally disturbing a seal in its natural habitat. Increase funding to research organisations for the study and analysis of seal populations around Irish coasts.
