What I would like them to do is - 1.lobby the tds ministers & County councillors. 2 Impress on them the need to eliminate the barbaric inhuman practice of puppy farming. 3.increase the amount of inspections & impose heavier fines on individuals in breach of the law. 2.enact strong legislation backed up by powers & finance to local authorities to carryout this task.
