Improve pedestrian safety in Kilmuckridge, County Wexford
Put in place a pedestrian crossing at Taylor Walkers Dance Academy or install traffic lights at the T junction to ensure students/all pedestrians can cross the road in a safe manner. This would also help drivers become more aware and show consideration for pedestrians by giving them the right of way and reducing speed.
Why is this important?
Installing a pedestrian crossing/traffic lights would improve safety for pedestrians of all ages, including children, seniors, and individuals with disabilities, when crossing the busy roads in Kilmuckridge. Drivers are more likely to pay attention to and yield to pedestrians at a designated crossing.
