For a total reform of the offices of Passport. Why in such an age it takes months and in some cases years to get a passport is ridiculous. Yes apply online and get it quicker, apply by passport express and express must mean the slowest. Paper applications should not take so long nor should it be passed from one to another before more information is requested. First time passports you may aswell apply when born and might revive by adulthood.  And why if you visit an office should they not be allowed to take your information. Why do we pay extra for express when we don’t recieve express. Online documents can be altered paper can’t yet online is quick. Why should people of this country lose holidays because of a flawed system

STOP buying products with Palm Oil in it. Read the Ingredients of any products you buy and if you see palm oil, put it down and find something that doesn't have palm oil in. It is a Simple action. Provide permanent safe universal access to Clongriffin Dart from Baldoyle. Our aim of this petition is to go to the Minister For Transport to ask for his support in 2 phases; 1) to have the structure taken over by either Irish Rail or CIE to ensure that the area will be safe and accessible for all while we wait for a permanent structure (to have lifts changed to secure lifts similar as to what is inside the train station, better lighting, better CCTV etc), and most importantly 2) to ensure that the temporary structure is replaced within the 3 year timeframe and not being pushed back further until the end of the development as a whole which could go on another 5-10+ years.

Establish a mandatory Tenant in Situ Purchase Policy  – if a tenant qualifies for social housing and their landlord is selling, the council must purchase the property. Recent government purchase guidelines on TIS purchases must be scrapped. 2. Implement and increase funding and resources from the Department of Housing to allow for local authorities to purchase homes at real market value. 3. Introduce mandatory refurbishments to bring properties up to at least minimum housing standards. 4. Instate flexible processes to prevent sales falling through over red tape or unrealistic cost caps. For example: Introduce a shared-ownership model so tenants have the option to co-purchase their homes with the council and build long-term housing security.

The UCC Environmental Society invites you to sign this petition, calling for all rooftops of UCC Buildings to have Solar Panels installed. With soaring energy costs and the climate emergency, it is time that UCC took a well needed step forward and pledged to install Solar Panels on the rooftops of all UCC Buildings. The Majority of Ireland’s Energy Consumption is from Oil & Gas. These sources are polluting our planet and we need to do everything we can to stop anymore damage from being done. We have to start taking real action now. Show UCC that this is something that the students care about. We call on the Irish Government to support and protect adults at risk of harm in nursing homes & our communities. Government must: 1. Support the new Adult Safeguarding Bill spearheaded by Senator Frances Black. 2. Support increased regulatory powers. 3. Introduce emergency measures to protect visiting rights, provide access to safeguarding social work and introduce mandatory reporting of abuse and neglect in residential settings. 4. Provide clarification on criminal responsibility of providers who repeatedly fail to adhere to regulations which are designed to protect health and life of residents. 5. Support a public inquiry into the deaths of residents and quality of care experienced by surviving residents. The voices of the living and those of their families, and the expertise of the social work profession, must inform the work of any inquiry. 6. Establish a root and branch systemic review of the nursing home sector.
