Early train from Dublin to Carlow , Kilkenny and Waterford

Currently the first train Monday-Saturday arrives into Waterford at 10am.  Commuters need a train that will leave  Heuston station Dublin serving Carlow , Kilkenny and arrive into Waterford by 8.30am . This service will reduce car dependence and enable people to commute from Carlow into Kilkenny and Kilkenny into Waterford for work and study. Irish Rail have said they will add it in the future but with traffic chaos across the country more rail services are needed immediately.

Why is this important?

Reduce traffic congestion and encourage use of public transport
