Support Pedal pursuits bike hire and west limerick community development

Independant review of LCCC's tendering process on the Great Southern greenway. Also a public meeeting to be called to identify why LCCC decided to roll out this strategy/ approach and why county Councillors voted for the release of €300k of limerick peoples money to EI travel group/Lazy bike tours. Also stage out a strategy going forward to develop all the towns, villages, businesses and communities along the greenway
