STOP the speed on Caheroyan Road and build a footpath outside Stonehaven/Fernhill

80% of road users break the speed limit on Caheroyan Road according to the speed survey on Caheroyan road, the introduction of a footpath and pedestrian crossing outside Stonehaven/Fernhill would make the road safe for pedestrians, wheelchair users and buggies to walk to town.
