Let's Build Cloughjordan Playground
Cloughjordan Community Development Association are working towards the development of a safe, inclusive and accessible playground in Cloughjordan for the benefit of children, families, and the wider community.
At present, families in our area must travel to neighbouring towns to access suitable play facilities. This places an unnecessary burden on parents and limits opportunities for children to enjoy outdoor play, social interaction, and healthy development within their own community.
This project has strong community backing. Local people and organisations have demonstrated their commitment by supporting community fundraising efforts to the tune of over €25,000 date.
The project is shovel ready- we now just need to secure the relevant government funding to make this vision a reality.
We respectfully urge Tipperary Co Co and Government Authority bodies to support us with the financial investment that will bring the playground to life in 2026.
Together, we can create a lasting, positive space for current and future generations.
