We are calling on you to use your authority as Minister for Justice to grant Isidora permission to remain in the state so that she can pursue her studies BA World Languages at University College Cork. Isidora has been living in Ireland since 2022, after her sister suffered a serious accident in Cork City.
Isidora is being asked to pay 18,000€ per year for her education, as the limbo with her visa is preventing her from being able to avail of EU fees.
Isidora is not asking for special treatment or free fees, she is asking for the same treatment as everyone else.
