To: I have been in touch with Fingal County Council and councillor Joan Hopkins, who has tried to get this disabled toilet installed, they have put a portaloo toiet there, which wheelchair users cannot use.

Install a wheelchair accessible toilet at Portmarnock beach.

Portmarnock beach, is a very popular beach for Dublin people,  and many disabled people come to Portmarnock. 
The portaloo toilet , cannot be used by wheelchair users,  or most disabled people. 
There is no hand basin, no lighting,  no hand towel or hand dryer  and a manual flushing system,  
Fingal County Council, should be ashamed of themselves,  to treat handicapped people like this.
They enough problems.
