End Animals tied to chains
Animals don't deserve to live a miserable life living on chains. Enforce The Animal Health and Welfare Act in whole country and regulate it so that animals don't spend their whole life attached and limited by the chain.
Why is this important?
No living creature deserves to be chained and left alone in the rain, cold and feeling sad and hopeless. All animals deserve respect and a good life.
