Investigate Intimidation of Journalist

Investigate the very serious issue of Catherine Kelly, an American professor of journalism, being detained at the airport by Gardai for writing about Regina Doherty's failed business. The story of minister Doherty's liquidated business was already in the public domain and there were no slanderous statements made against the minister.

The journalist should never have been stopped, interrogated, and intimidated by the Gardai - especially as a result of a politician's displeasure with Catherine Kelly's reporting.

Why is this important?

Freedom of speech is vital.
