Joint shipments packages going missing
If an online shopping company is using joint shipment, the logistics carrier must deliver allll packages on same day
Regardless of size.
The logics carrier can not claim they didn't receive a joint shipment.
If a package(s) are missing from the joint shipment & no update track is factual, the logistics carrier must reimburse the consumer within 7vworking days, of 1 package from joint shipment delivered.
The shopping app must provide an alternative carrier to be available to locate & deliver remaing joint shipment items, and an email must be sent to the customer of timeline. If the remainder of joint shipment can't be located, the original logistics carrier must open an investigation & consumer refunded.If the package is found at a later date the consumer must be notified & given option to pay back rebusement to receive items, or to instead fill in a form of return.
At busy times of year the chosen logistics carrier must be well prepared for the high number, if by the 10th, they are experiencing resouce issues, they must sub contract an alternative, this must be available in tracking.
Delayed deliveries missing Christmas & santa presents, will result in a fine & reevaluation of their a ability to honor their contract with online store.
If there are x flags regarding their failure they must be removed from delivery , all stored items in their care must be handed over to an independent body & all tracking details must be updated
The customer is not responsible for the carriers delay in delivering, & should not be punished. The logistics companies must take accountability & be punished in a satisfactory manner.
The rights of shoppers must be held as top priority
And children must not be put on naughty lost, coz of the failings on a logistics company.
People can't just make alternative arrangements, without money, without delivery.
