To: Sir James Dyson, owner of Ballynatray Estate

Don't block people from visiting Molana Abbey & graveyard at Ballynatray Estate, Co Waterford

Owner of Ballynatray Estate, Sir James Dyson, has effectively blocked access to the graveyard and paths on the edge of the Estate by shutting off use of the car park.  
The community is calling on Sir Dyson to respect local community rights and traditions and allow continued access to Molana Abbey and graveyard after the planned closure date of 30 September.

Why is this important?

There is a deep connection with Templemichael Castle, the graveyard and Molana Abbey for local communities and visitors to the area. The idea that these treasured sites will be blocked off is appaling and will fuel resentment towards the owners of large estates like Ballynatray Estate.
