Bring back the ceremony of turning on the Christmas light in Co. Limerick

To whom it may concern, I, Shirley O'Brien am petitioning to reinstate the ceremony of turning on of the Christmas lights in Limerick City. I would appreciate if you consider this petition as it brings a-lot of joy and brought our community together.
