I am launching this petition to shine a light on the unfair practices that are being done by Sam Dennigan. Every signature I am truly grateful for and this helps bring us closer to a more just Ireland. Located in Wolganstown, Palmerstown, Oldtown, Co. Dublin, A45 W306. I, along with countless other dedicated employees, have been victims of a grim workplace environment. We have been subjected to micromanagement, treated unfairly, and discriminated against—often due to language barriers, which dampens the spirit of those who put in sincere efforts to uplift the company's status.
The rampant workplace discrimination is daily stripping employees of their self-esteem, and the refusal to pay overtime not only affects individual's financial health but also tampers with the ethics of work-life balance. Yet, in companies like Sam Dennigan, such practices persist, undermining the rights and dignity of workers.
In addition to this, the aggressive haggling over rights and forcing workers into submission through fear of job loss is reprehensible. This culture of harassment and bullying is evidence of workers being exploited for their lack of familiarity with labor laws.
