This is an example of the level of stupidity of some so called engineer who I assume is paid not to think this kind of money wasting exercise through.. if they had the decency to simply ask some of the professional drivers using this junction at any time they would have been told how to resolve any issue here...There has been an filter lane to the kilkenny side which could easily have been expanded and made safe thereby relieving the traffic problem here, Fire whoever made this decision
