Change Light sequence at Plunkett roundabout. Stop Vehicles Blocking roundabout

There is a very serious issue of Traffic coming from Mullinabro every MORNING and BLOCKING the Waterford Plunkett station Roundabout to all vehicles coming from New Ross, Wexford and Ferrybank.
The objective of this is to get the Council to change the lights sequence at the traffic lights coming from Kilkenny(at the Plunkett train station). To allow a traffic break for a minute or two .
This will stop vehicles coming from Kilkenny from blocking the roundabout to people travelling from the Ferrybank/ New ross , Wexford direction to turn onto the bridge.
There is a set of Traffic lights there already, it is just a case of getting the council to go out and change the sequence.
I propose the sequence is changed to allow the lights to go red, to stop vehicles coming from Kilkenny and blocking the roundabout, every couple of minutes.
This will give the people travelling from the New ross side, wexford ferrybank side a chance, to turn onto the roundabout. It currently takes me 25 minutes to go 1,5 miles every morning. Its a disgrace. Let's change this

Why is this important?

I propose the sequence is changed to allow the lights to go red, to stop vehicles coming from Kilkenny and blocking the roundabout, every couple of minutes.
This will give the people travelling from the New ross side, wexford and ferrybank side a chance, to turn onto the roundabout/ bridge.
In the Morning It currently takes us 25 minutes to go 1.5 miles over the bridge from ross side. It is a disgrace. Lets's change this
